Carol Kelly has been part of the Cambridge real estate community since 1981, spending the past 34 years at Hammond Real Estate and now is a Senior Vice President at Compass. Raised on Greater Boston’s North Shore and a Cambridge resident since 1980, Carol retains strong family and friendship roots in the area. After graduating from Mount Holyoke College with a liberal arts degree, Carol spent four years in the retail industry before turning to real estate. She is the Executive Head of Development for the Cambridge Community of Realtors, a former President of the Cambridge Council of Realtors, and the Treasurer of a foundation at the Harvard Medical School and Boston University’s School of Medicine. Her son Christopher grew up in Cambridge and attended Belmont Day School and Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School. He now lives in Los Angeles. When not assisting clients, Carol enjoys skiing, power walking, yoga, movies, and reading. She is also an avid techie and speaks both French and German.
Shannah brings 25 years of being a top performing real estate broker in Cambridge, Somerville and the surrounding communities in both sales and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Formerly with Hammond Real Estate for over ten years, Shannah is delighted to now be part of Compass real estate and the Carol Kelly Team.
Prior to Hammond Real Estate, Shannah was Vice President and Director of Leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, and successfully leased the 220,000 square foot Porter Exchange retail/office mall in Porter Square, Cambridge which was formerly the Sears Roebuck building.
Zarya is a native Cantabridgian with a passion for real estate and design. Zarya’s interest for real estate was first realized when she interned for her family’s interior design firm, Melissa Miranda Interior Design. Responsible for many duties, it was here, as well, that she garnered her multi-tasking, organizational skills.
Mature and accomplished beyond her years, Zarya is the recipient of the Unsung Hero Award, the Green Door Award, City of Cambridge Recognition Award and the City of Cambridge Scholarship. She is currently enrolled at University of Massachusetts, Boston and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
