Shannah brings 25 years of real estate experience in Cambridge and the surrounding Greater Boston area. She spent 10 years with Hammond Real Estate in Cambridge, leading the Commercial Retail Division. Prior to Hammond, she was Vice President and Director of Leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates, during which time she spearheaded the conversion of Porter Square’s 1928 art deco Sears Roebuck building into the Porter Exchange building, an urban mall home to a variety of Japanese eateries and retail establishments, and Lesley University.
Shannah is passionate about residential real estate and helping sellers and buyers embark on the life-changing journey of finding their dream homes. She has a knack for finding unique and exciting properties and is known for her ability to unite her buyers with homes that perfectly match their personalities and desires. With her exceptional taste and love of design, she is particularly skilled in helping clients present their homes to the market in the best possible light.
Shannah lives in Belmont with her husband, daughter, and Italian greyhound, Vivi. She was a trustee and resident at the Carr Schoolhouse Condominiums for 20 years, a parent representative and fundraiser at Fayerweather Street School in Cambridge for 10 years, and is on the Board of the Powers Music School in Belmont. She and her husband own properties in Cambridge, Arlington, and Belmont. Her daughter is an MFA student at Boston University. When not at work, Shannah enjoys skiing, snowboarding, sailing, and reading whenever she has the time.
